New Patients
Appointments can usually be made a week in advance but generally a two week period is safe. In some instances, including dental emergencies, you are able to book on that same day if there are available appointments

If You Need To Reschedule An Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule; generally we require at least 24 hours notice.
Emergency Appointments
Please call us as soon as possible during working hours, and we will do our best to fit you in where we can. Please bear in mind there are limited spots, however we will try and assist you as much as possible. For very urgent emergencies, such as facial swellings, sometimes it is possible to contact us outside of normal hours. If you cannot reach us then please contact Westmead Centre for Oral Health.
Patient Forms
Once you have called us and made an appointment over the phone, you are able to download and fill out a “New Patient Form.“
Once this form has been filled out, please bring it to us on the day of your appointment.
